Due to IRS regulations regarding accepting 3rd party payments through a PSE (Paypal)

We are no longer able to collect dues online via debit card/credit card/bank account.

 

If you have just become aware that online payments are no longer available

and your due date has past - please do not worry! -  Just put your check in the mail now...

 

We have extended a grace period for those that usually pay online

and you will not be charged anything over the original amount

      

The FMHA Board is here to help the association members.  We are homeowners that live here too.
